About the Role

We are hiring a Finance & Admin Executive (MBA Finance) to manage financial tracking, MIS reporting, expense control, and administrative operations. This is a high-ownership role focused on:

- Financial control
- Process enforcement
- Real-time business tracking

Key Responsibilities

Finance & Accounts

- Manage daily expense tracking, bookkeeping, and cash flow monitoring
- Prepare MIS reports, financial reports, and dashboards
- Track accounts payable & receivable (AP/AR)
- Monitor budgets vs actuals and variance analysis
- Ensure invoice processing, billing accuracy, and documentation

Operations & Admin

- Handle vendor coordination and payment tracking
- Maintain records,



contracts, and financial documentation
- Support purchase tracking and approvals
- Enforce financial and operational processes

Reporting & Analysis

- Create Excel-based trackers and reports
- Provide daily/weekly reports to management
- Identify cost leakages and efficiency gaps

Required Skills

- MBA in Finance (Mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of Accounting, Finance, MIS, and Operations
- Advanced Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
- Understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
