We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Civil Engineer to lead and manage construction activities for residential and commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent site management skills, and the ability to ensure timely project execution while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Independently manage overall site execution and project activities.

Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors.

Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones.

Supervise RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, finishing, and all civil works.

Verify contractor bills, measurements, BOQs, and material reconciliation.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and statutory requirements.

Conduct regular quality inspections and resolve technical issues at the site.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.





Coordinate with the procurement team for material planning and timely delivery.

Maintain project documentation and ensure smooth project execution.

Candidate Requirements

B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

8–12 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate construction.

Hands-on experience in high-rise building construction.

Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing works, BOQ, billing, quality control, and project coordination.

Ability to independently handle site execution and lead a team.

Valuable communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project documentation.

Preferred Candidate

Immediate Joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days.

Experience working with reputed real estate developers will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
