Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic BMS Engineers (Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related fields) with up to 0-2 year of experience. Freshers with solid academic knowledge and interest in Intelligent Building Management Systems are also welcome. The role involves assisting in installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of IBMS systems such as BMS, CCTV, Fire Alarm, and Access Control under the guidance of senior engineers.

Job Description / Responsibilities

- Assist in installation and commissioning of IBMS systems (BMS, Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, Public Address, and Networking systems).
- Support in monitoring and integrating HVAC, lighting,



and security systems with BMS platforms.
- Provide support in troubleshooting and preventive maintenance activities.
- Maintain site records, reports, and basic documentation.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality procedures during all activities. Required Qualifications (BMS)
- Diploma or B.E / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related disciplines
- 0–2 year of experience in BMS or related fields (freshers can apply)
- Basic knowledge of IBMS systems (BMS, CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, etc.) preferred

- Willingness to learn new technologies
