*Recruitment Zonal Head - Job Description*

A Zonal Head Recruitment leads hiring across a specific region/zone for a company. You basically own the entire talent pipeline for that zone.

### *Role Overview*

Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment for the assigned zone, ensuring the right talent is hired at the right time, in the right numbers, and at the right cost to meet business targets.

### *Key Responsibilities*

- *Strategic Hiring*: Partner with business heads across the zone to understand manpower planning, attrition trends, and growth plans

- *End-to-End Recruitment*: Own sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, and onboarding for all roles in the zone - from entry level to middle/senior management

- *Team Leadership*: Manage a team of recruiters/TA executives across branches/cities in the zone. Coach, train, and set targets

- *Vendor & Channel Management*: Manage relationships with job portals, vendors, colleges, and consultants to build a solid talent pipeline

- *TAT & Cost Control*: Ensure hiring TAT, cost-per-hire, and quality metrics are met. Optimize recruitment spends

- *Employer Branding*: Drive campus drives, job fairs, and local branding activities to position the company as preferred employer in the zone

- *Compliance & MIS*: Maintain accurate data, reports, and compliance with HR policies. Present weekly/monthly hiring dashboards to leadership

- *Diversity & DEI*: Drive diversity hiring goals for the zone





### *Key Skills Required*

- *Experience*: 8-12 years in recruitment, with 3+ years leading a team. BFSI, IT, Manufacturing, Retail experience varies by industry

- *Domain Knowledge*: Deep understanding of local talent market, salary benchmarks, and competition in the zone

- *Stakeholder Management*: Strong ability to work with Sales/Branch heads, HRBPs, and senior leadership

- *Tools*: ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, Excel, and HRMS

- *Soft Skills*: Negotiation, problem-solving, data-driven decision making, and high ownership

### *Qualifications*

- *Education*: MBA in HR / PGDM preferred. Bachelor's degree required

- *Location*: Based in the zonal HQ. Willingness to travel across cities in the zone

### *KPIs*

Time to hire, cost to hire, quality of hire, offer acceptance ratio, attrition in first 90 days, and recruitment target achievement
