Job Title: Collection Executive
Job Responsibilities:
Customers ko overdue payment/EMI ke liye call karna.
Pending payments ka regular follow-up karna.
Payment-related queries ko professionally resolve karna.
Customers ke saath payment commitment lena aur records update karna.
Company policies aur compliance follow karna.
Required Skills:
Positive communication skills (Hindi & Basic English)
Negotiation and convincing skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email)
Customer handling skills
Eligibility:
12th Pass/Graduate
Freshers
Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
