Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Arabic Cook Trainer / Faculty to train candidates for cooking jobs in Saudi Arabia. The trainer will provide practical and theory training in Arabic food preparation, kitchen hygiene, food safety, presentation, and Saudi kitchen work standards.Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct cooking theory and practical training
- Teach Arabic dishes, rice preparation, meat, chicken, salads, sauces, and kitchen basics
- Train students in food hygiene, cleanliness, and safe kitchen practices
- Ensure discipline and proper kitchen workflow
- Assess trainee performance and maintain records
- Prepare students for overseas cooking jobs

Educational Qualification:

- Diploma / Certificate in Culinary Arts,



Food Production, Hotel Management, or related field preferred
- Practical cooking certifications are an advantage

Experience Requirement:

- Minimum 5 years of cooking work experience in Saudi Arabia
- Experience in Arabic cuisine, home cooking, restaurant kitchen, or catering work
- Training experience preferred

Language Qualification:

- Hindi or Urdu: Required
- English: Basic to working knowledge
- Arabic: Basic knowledge preferred

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
