Role Summary

- Manage 6–7 closers and drive team revenue.

Responsibilities

- Track team calls, demos, closures.
- Support in closing deals.
- Train and improve team performance.
- Maintain discipline.

Requirements

- 5–8 years SaaS sales
- Leadership + closing ability

Compensation

- Fixed Salary: ■50K – ■80K/month
- Override: 2% – 5% on team revenue
- Total Potential: ■80K – ■2L/month

KPIs

- Team revenue
- Conversion rates
- Team productivity

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Perks:
