The Waiter/Waitress is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience. The role requires professionalism, efficiency, and a friendly attitude.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their tables if required.
- Present menus and explain menu items, daily specials, and promotions.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
- Check on guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle customer requests, concerns, and complaints courteously.
- Prepare and present bills and process payments accurately.
- Set up and transparent tables before and after service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area.
- Refill water, beverages, condiments, and other table essentials.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
