We are growing fast. Our clients refer us because we answer our WhatsApp, deliver on time, and speak to them like a trusted friend — not a law firm. We need a Business Development Executive who matches that energy.
What You'll Do
Client Acquisition
Call and WhatsApp warm leads from our database — current businesses, startups, SMEs in Chennai and Tamil Nadu
Understand each prospect's business situation and match them to the right service package
Convert inquiries from Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and referrals into paid clients
Follow up consistently — most B2B sales happen on the 5th to 8th touchpoint
Maintain a daily outreach log and weekly pipeline report
Relationship Management
Be the first voice clients hear — build trust before handing them to our legal team
Stay in touch with existing clients — check in monthly, identify upsell opportunities
Collect Google reviews and testimonials from happy clients
Attend local startup events and networking meetups to generate warm leads
Business Intelligence
Research new businesses registering in Tamil Nadu — identify high-potential prospects
Share weekly feedback on common objections and client questions to improve our pitch
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
