About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Client Relationship Manager (IT) with 4+ years of experience to manage and strengthen relationships with IT clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, managing key accounts, identifying business opportunities, and working closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional IT staffing and technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective IT clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and account management.
- Understand client hiring and project requirements and coordinate with recruitment and delivery teams.
- Manage the complete client engagement lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular client meetings, business reviews, and feedback sessions.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-selling, and upselling IT services.
- Resolve client issues and escalations promptly while maintaining strong business relationships.
- Monitor service delivery, resource deployment, and project progress.
- Maintain accurate client records, contracts, and account information in CRM.
- Prepare business reports, account status updates, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with sales, recruitment, and operations teams to achieve business goals.

Required Skills





✔ 4+ years of experience in Client Relationship Management, Account Management, or IT Staffing
✔ Strong understanding of the IT industry and technology services
✔ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
✔ Experience managing enterprise clients and key accounts
✔ Knowledge of IT recruitment and staffing processes is preferred
✔ Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, etc.)
✔ Robust stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Experience in IT Services, IT Consulting, or US/India IT Staffing is an added advantage.
- Proven ability to build long-term client relationships and drive business growth.
