Job Description

Staff having skill set in

1. Should have worked at power/ petrochemical project site (minimum 3 Years)

2. Able to read, detail and extract BOQ from drawings, prepare method statements.

3. Aware of formwork systems being used in Construction Industry

4. Has handled finishing works - Brickwork, plastering, water proofing, D&W;, flooring, false flooring , false ceiling, etc.

5. Handling subcontractor, monitoring productivity and progress, sub contractor billing.

6. Preparing joint protocols, inspection and certification from client and timely quantity certification for invoicing

7. Aware of safety procedures and implementing in project site.

8. Execution of works as per FQAP and method statements.

9. Preparing 3 months, monthly, weekly & daily progress report and ensuring progress as per the report.

10. Coordination with all other departments for seamless execution
