Key Responsibilities

- Design engaging creatives for social media, digital marketing campaigns, and online advertisements.
- Create product packaging, labels, brochures, flyers, and other marketing collateral.
- Develop branding materials while maintaining consistency across all communication channels.
- Collaborate with the marketing, content, and product teams to create campaign visuals.
- Design promotional materials for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and retail activations.
- Prepare artwork for print production and coordinate with printing vendors when required.
- Stay updated with design trends, consumer preferences, and industry best practices.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Experience with Canva and Figma is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding.
- Experience in packaging design and print production.
- Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics (Premiere Pro/After Effects)

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in Graphic Design.
- Prior experience with consumer-facing brands, preferably in Food & Beverage, FMCG, Retail, or D2C companies.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, social media creatives, and marketing campaigns.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
