About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Team Leader to join our Ather Electric Scooter dealership in Alappuzha. The ideal candidate will lead a passionate sales team, drive performance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while promoting sustainable electric mobility.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, train, and motivate the showroom sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Manage daily operations of the showroom, ensuring smooth sales flow and customer engagement.
- Guide customers through the electric scooter selection process, showcasing Ather products and features.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, test rides, and local marketing initiatives.
- Monitor team performance, maintain proper documentation, and report sales metrics to management.
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.

- Coordinate with service, delivery,



and marketing teams for seamless customer experience.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

- Proven experience in two-wheeler or EV sales; leadership experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong team management and target-oriented mindset.
- Sound knowledge of electric vehicle features and technology.
- Proficiency in computer applications and CRM tools.
- Minimum qualification : Graduate or Diploma in any stream with two-wheeler DL
