Role Overview

We are looking for a fluent and experienced Japanese Language Specialist (JLPT N3 Certified or equivalent) to support global operations. In this role, you will bridge communication between internal teams and Japanese clients, ensuring smooth and effective business interactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide real-time interpretation (Japanese ↔ English/Hindi) during calls and meetings
- Handle client queries, support tickets, and operational communication efficiently
- Maintain accurate documentation in both Japanese and English
- Collaborate with cross-functional international teams
- Ensure high standards of communication, service quality, and data confidentiality

Eligibility Criteria





- JLPT N3 Certification (Mandatory)
- Graduation in any discipline
- Strong communication skills in Japanese and English
- Ability to work in 24/7 rotational shifts
- Immediate joiners preferred
