We are looking for a versatile and experienced Electrical Engineer to join our company. As an Electrical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in understanding customer requirements, designing electrical systems, preparing circuit diagrams, designing panels, preparing quotes and offers, and assigning tasks to technicians. This position requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt to various responsibilities based on business needs. Ideally, the candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Understand Customer Requirements:

- Communicate with customers to understand their electrical system requirements and project objectives.

- Conduct site visits, if necessary, to gather information and assess project feasibility.

- Collaborate with customers to provide technical guidance and propose suitable solutions.

2. Prepare Circuit Diagrams and Designs:

- Develop electrical circuit diagrams, schematics, and layouts using appropriate software tools.

- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, standards, and regulations.

- Optimize designs for functionality, safety, and efficiency.

3. Design Panels and Control Systems:

- Design electrical panels and control systems based on customer specifications.

- Select and integrate components such as relays, switches, sensors, and controllers.

- Collaborate with vendors to source components and ensure timely availability.

4. Prepare Quotes and Offers:

- Analyze project requirements and prepare accurate and competitive quotes and offers.

- Estimate material, labor, and equipment costs.

- Liaise with the sales team to review quotes and offers before submission.

5. Assign Tasks to Technicians:

- Coordinate with technicians to assign tasks and provide clear instructions based on project requirements.

- Monitor and ensure the timely completion of tasks, troubleshooting any issues that arise.





- Provide technical support to technicians when needed.

6. Conduct Quality Assurance:

- Perform quality checks and inspections on completed electrical installations and systems.

- Verify compliance with design specifications and industry standards.

- Identify and address any deficiencies or non-compliance issues.

7. Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams:

- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide technical input during sales discussions.

- Collaborate with project managers, technicians, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

- Provide technical support to the production team for the fabrication of electrical panels and assemblies.

8. Stay Updated on Industry Trends and Technologies:

- Keep abreast of advancements in electrical engineering, codes, standards, and regulations.

- Continuously enhance technical knowledge and skills through self-study and professional development opportunities.

- Apply new technologies and best practices to improve design and engineering processes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

- At least 3 years of experience in electrical engineering roles, preferably in a small business environment.

- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuit design, and control systems.

- Proficiency in using electrical design software and tools.

- Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

- Experience with project management principles is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
