Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant with 2–3 years of experience to manage day-to-day accounting activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally, GST, and accounts documentation while ensuring accurate financial records and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally Prime.
- Record purchase, sales, receipt, payment, and journal entries.
- Prepare and maintain accounting documents, invoices, vouchers, and supporting records.
- Handle GST-related entries, reconciliations, and assist in GST return preparation.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Verify bills, invoices, and other financial documents.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal departments as required.
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of financial documentation.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Tally Prime.
- Valuable knowledge of GST and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
- 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in accounting documentation and bookkeeping.
- Knowledge of GST compliance and reconciliations.
- Ability to meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
Location: Nashik
Salary: Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
