Job Summary

Office Location : Kasaragod

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Estimator with experience in the Signage and/or Metal Fabrication industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate project cost estimates, reviewing drawings and specifications, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams, and supporting project execution from estimation through project handover.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed cost estimates for signage and metal fabrication projects.
- Review drawings, BOQs, layouts, specifications, and client requirements.
- Perform material take-offs and quantity calculations.
- Estimate material, labor, fabrication, finishing, and installation costs.
- Source and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
- Coordinate with sales, design, production, and installation teams to ensure project feasibility.
- Maintain estimation records, pricing databases, and project documentation.
- Assist with cost revisions, value engineering, and project variations.
- Monitor project scope changes and update estimates accordingly.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of quotations and estimates.

Required Experience & Skills





- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in estimation.
- Experience in Signage, Metal Fabrication, Construction, or Interior Fit-Out industry.
- Knowledge of materials such as:
- ACP
- Acrylic
- Vinyl
- Mild Steel / Stainless Steel
- Aluminum
- LED signage components
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and fabrication layouts.
- Strong knowledge of material take-offs and quantity calculations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and estimation software.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Experience with ERP or estimation software.
- Understanding of fabrication and installation processes.
