Shift: Rotational (6:00 AM – 3:00 PM & 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect (B.Arch./M.Arch.) to join our Engineering Services team and lead the delivery of high-quality architectural solutions for North American and UK markets.

If you are passionate about design excellence, technical leadership, and managing complex international projects across residential, commercial, and healthcare sectors, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor architects and drafters delivering global projects.
- Manage projects across all phases — Concept Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documentation, and Construction Administration.
- Review architectural drawings, BIM models, millwork shop drawings, and interior fit-out packages.
- Ensure compliance with US/UK standards, codes, and client requirements.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to deliver quality outcomes.
- Drive technical excellence through design reviews, quality checks, and process improvements.





What We’re Looking For

- B.Arch./M.Arch. from a recognized institution
- 8–12 years of architectural experience with 5+ years in team leadership
- Experience delivering North American & UK residential, commercial, and healthcare projects
- Strong understanding of architectural workflows, codes, and global standards
- Expertise in millwork detailing and interior fit-out documentation
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, SketchUp & BIM platforms
- Robust leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
