Overview

This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end vendor ecosystem and learning inventory across Gallagher’s Global HR Shared Services (GHRSS). The incumbent will ensure optimal utilization, governance, and alignment of learning platforms, tools, and content with business capability needs, enabling a scalable and cost-efficient digital learning ecosystem aligned to Gallagher's strategic priorities.

How you'll make an impact

Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end vendor lifecycle including onboarding, governance, renewals, and performance management across learning platforms and content providers.
- Partner with Procurement, Finance, Legal, and IT teams to ensure compliance and smooth execution of vendor-related processes.
- Support HR Governance, Third Party Risk, Architecture Review Board, and/or AI reviews for onboarding new tools and platforms aligned with enterprise governance standards.
- Drive license management, including allocation, utilization tracking, and renewal optimization to improve cost efficiency.
- Maintain a centralized inventory of all learning tools, content, and platforms within the GHRSS ecosystem.



Global L&D.;
- Map inventory to skills, capabilities, and business needs to identify gaps, redundancies, and optimization opportunities.
- Conduct periodic reviews with global L&D; teams to align and update the inventory.
- Conduct vendor performance reviews (quarterly/bi-annual) based on defined KPIs such as adoption, satisfaction, and business impact.
- Support capability building initiatives by aligning vendor solutions with future skills and organizational priorities.
- Conduct research and benchmarking of new learning platforms (e.g., edX, Coursera, AI-driven tools) to recommend best-fit solutions.
- Drive adoption strategies for learning platforms, including stakeholder engagement and usage enablement initiatives.
- Develop dashboards and reports on vendor performance, license utilization, and adoption metrics for leadership visibility.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, data security standards, and audit requirements.

Stakeholder Management:

- Collaborate with global stakeholders across Divisional L&D; teams, GHRSS, GCoE, and HR teams.
- Act as a consultative partner to advise on learning solutions, platform selection, and vendor strategy.
- Drive alignment between business needs and available learning solutions.

About you

Qualifications:

- 8–10 years of experience in vendor management, L&D; operations, or learning technology management.




- Experience managing global stakeholders and working within shared services environments.
- Strong understanding of digital learning platforms (LMS/LXP) and vendor ecosystems.
