Role overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Agentforce Developer to design, develop and implement AI-powered autonomous agents using Salesforce Agentforce. The ideal candidate should have strong Salesforce development experience combined with hands-on expertise in Agentforce, Prompt Builder, Data Cloud, Flows, Apex and AI-driven business automation.

You will work closely with Solution Architects, Business Analysts and client stakeholders to deliver scalable AI solutions that enhance customer engagement,



automate business processes and improve operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

- Design and develop AI-powered autonomous agents using Salesforce Agentforce.
- Configure Agent Topics, Agent Actions, Instructions and Prompt Templates.
- Develop custom Agent Actions using Apex, Flows, Invocable Apex and External Services.
- Build intelligent workflows leveraging Salesforce Flow and Agentforce orchestration.
- Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce Clouds, Data Cloud and external applications.
- Develop Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), REST APIs and Platform Events to support Agentforce use cases.
- Configure Prompt Builder and AI templates to deliver contextual, grounded responses.
- Work with Salesforce Data Cloud for customer data unification and grounding.
- Integrate Agentforce with third-party systems using REST APIs, Named Credentials, OAuth and External Services.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects to design scalable and secure AI solutions.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize Agentforce performance.
- Follow Salesforce development best practices, DevOps processes and release management.
- Participate in client workshops, requirement gathering, sprint planning and solution demonstrations.

Required skills and competencies:

- 4–7 years of Salesforce development experience.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on Agentforce implementation experience.

- Exposure to vector databases and semantic search.
- Experience with MuleSoft integrations.
- Understanding of AI evaluation and observability.
