Sales & Marketing Manager

Job Roles

1. Develop and implement the company's sales and marketing strategy.

2. Develop marketing plans, branding strategies, and promotional activities.

3. Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

4. Oversee customer inquiries, quotations, proposals, and order management.

5. Develop pricing strategies in line with market conditions and company objectives

Responsibility

Achieving annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets.

Identifying new business opportunities, markets, and customers.

Building and maintaining robust relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

Reviewing and approving, quotations, tenders, and major customer contracts.

Supporting new product development through market feedback and customer insights.

Drive continuous improvement in sales processes and customer engagement.

Ensuring timely response to customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues.

Authority

1. Allocating sales targets and territories to team members

2. Monitoring and direct sales and marketing activities to achieving business goals.

3. Approve customer quotations, proposals, and tenders as per authority matrix.

4. Recommend hiring, training, performance evaluation, and disciplinary actions for team members.

5. Recommend customer credit limits and payment terms in coordination with Finance.





6. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.

Accountability

1. To maintain the Achievement of sales revenue and profitability targets.

2. To maintain the Growth in market share and business expansion.

3. To maintain the Acquisition of new customers and retention of existing customers.

4. Timely submission and follow-up of quotations, tenders, and proposals.

5. Monitoring competitor activities and market trends.

6. To maintain the Brand visibility, market positioning, and promotional effectiveness. Coordination with Production, Quality, Finance, and other departments for successful order execution.

7. Collection performance and support in reducing overdue receivables.

8. Achievement of annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets.

9. To Maintain Compliance with company policies, commercial procedures, and contractual requirements.

10. Provide training to sales team

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
