Salary: ₹28,000–₹32,000 per month + Service Charge
We are looking for an experienced Senior F&B; Captain to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about hospitality, possess excellent leadership skills, and have experience delivering exceptional guest service in premium hospitality establishments.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise daily restaurant floor operations and ensure smooth service.
* Handle POS billing and cash transactions accurately.
* Deliver outstanding guest service and professionally resolve guest concerns.
* Maintain excellent knowledge of food, beverages, and cuisine.
* Lead, train, and motivate junior service staff.
* Manage inventory and coordinate stock requirements.
* Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards are maintained.
* Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams for seamless operations.
Requirements
* 6–7 years of relevant experience in Food & Beverage service.
* Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a 5-star hotel, specialty coffee shop, or casual dining restaurant.
* Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience with POS systems and inventory management.
* Proven ability to lead and train a team.
* Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
* Immediate joiners are preferred.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
