About This Role

An Operation Executive is a professional responsible for overseeing and managing various operational aspects within an organization to ensure efficiency, productivity, and smooth workflow. The specific responsibilities of an Operation Executive can vary depending on the industry and organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations using Zoho CRM, Books, Inventory, and Expense.
- Process hospital onboarding, quotations, orders, invoices, e-invoices, and payment follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure timely order fulfillment and assist during peak workloads.
- Prepare reports, incentive data, E-way bills, GST invoice uploads, and maintain financial records.
- Maintain documentation in compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS).

Key Skills

- Experience with Zoho applications and order/billing operations.
- Robust knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.




- Understanding of GST, invoicing, import/export documentation, and financial reconciliation.
- Excellent coordination, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while ensuring quality and process compliance.
- Must be fluent in spoken English. Ability to speak Hindi is an added advantage.

B.com Graduate

Experience (in years):

2 to 3 Years

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
