Job Responsibilities
Handle customer calls professionally.
Reply to customer messages across social media platforms.
Manage social media inquiries and engagement.
Coordinate with the team for lead follow-ups.
Maintain a professional and positive communication with customers.
Eligibility
Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply.
Positive communication skills (Hindi & English).
Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook & WhatsApp.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Work Timings
10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
