Trinity International is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, promoting travel packages, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on inquiries.
- Handle inbound calls and provide information about tour packages.
- Convert inquiries into bookings through effective communication.
- Maintain and update customer databases and records.
- Follow up with existing clients regarding travel plans, documentation, and payments.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth customer service.
- Achieve monthly targets for lead generation and conversions.
- Respond to customer queries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent communication skills

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
