This position is open only to Landscape Architect Post Graduates with MLARCH degrees. As a Landscape architect, your main responsibilities would be to assist senior landscape architects or Managers in the planning and design of outdoor spaces such as parks, gardens, and public plazas. Your duties may include:

- Site Analysis: Conducting site analysis to evaluate the existing conditions of the site, including topography, soil conditions, climate, and vegetation.
- Drafting: Preparing detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software and other design tools.
- Research: Conducting research on plants, materials, and construction methods to ensure that designs are appropriate for the project's location and meet local codes and regulations.
- Collaboration: Working closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure that designs meet the client's needs and project requirements.
- Presentations: Preparing presentation materials to convey design concepts and proposals to clients and other stakeholders.
- Project Coordination: Assisting with project coordination and management, including preparing project schedules, budgets, and contracts.
- Field Work: Conducting site visits and inspections during the construction phase to ensure that designs are being implemented correctly.
- Communication:



Maintaining effective communication with team members and clients throughout the design and construction process.
- Invoicing: assist to raise periodic invpoices by completing packages and stages.
- Work ethics: Must have the necessary skill sets to showcase honesty, achieve career, project and performance goals.

To succeed as a Landscape Architect, you should have a Master's in landscape architecture, strong design and management skills, and proficiency in CAD software, Sketchup, Office and other design and or rendering tools. You should also have excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work on and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
