ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for enthusiastic, responsible and well-spoken Preschool Teachers with good art and craft skills , to join our team and deliver high-quality early childhood education

The role involves managing classroom activities ensuring child engagement, and maintaining a safe, positive and structured learning environment

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Classroom Management
Handle and manage a group of children with care, patience, and attention
Maintain discipline and a positive classroom environment

Curriculum Delivery
Implement daily teaching plans and activities as per the curriculum
Ensure active learning through play-based and structured activities

Child Development
Monitor each child's progress and provide individual attention where required

Parent Interaction
Communicate effectively with parents regarding child progress
Maintain a warm and professional relationship

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Excellent English communication skills Mandatory
Solid interpersonal skills Mandatory

Graduates Preferred

12th Pass candidates may apply only if they have




Minimum 2 years relevant preschool teaching experience
ECCD or Montessori training

ECCD or Montessori training mandatory

Age below 35 years

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
