Job Description:

Experience

- 2 – 4 years of professional experience in any industry or domain.
- Experience in customer service, sales, counseling, education, or related fields will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of international education systems and admission requirements is an advantage.

- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
- Positive understanding of international universities, courses, and admission processes.
- Ability to assess student profiles and recommend suitable universities.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Attention to detail in application review and documentation.
- Proficiency in CRM software.

Key Requirements:

- Take over qualified student cases from Student Advisers and guide students through the university selection process.
- Evaluate students' academic profiles, career goals, budget, and preferences to recommend the most suitable universities and programs.
- Assist students in shortlisting universities based on eligibility, admission criteria, scholarships, and career opportunities.
- Provide detailed guidance on admission requirements, application timelines, and document preparation.
- Review Statements of Purpose (SOPs), Letters of Recommendation (LORs), resumes, and other application documents for quality and completeness.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of university applications.
- Keep students informed throughout the admission journey until they receive admission offers.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and application progress in the CRM.
- Stay updated on university admission policies, course offerings, scholarship opportunities, and industry trends.
