Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Associate to join our

growing team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy: identifying new

sales opportunities, generating quality leads, and building lasting client relationships that fuel

business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation & Outreach: Proactively identify potential clients through research,

cold calling, and targeted email outreach to build a robust sales pipeline.

- Account Management: Manage and grow assigned accounts by understanding client

needs and ensuring consistent delivery of value.

- Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to

drive retention, satisfaction, and repeat business.

- Market Research: Monitor emerging market trends and competitor activities to

support and refine business development strategies.





- Product Demos & Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and

demonstrations to prospective clients via online or in-person meetings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in sales, business development, IT sales, or

marketing.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset. Proficiency in

MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.

- Experience with ERP systems such as Zoho Books will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and

persuade.

- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced

setting.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka (Bengaluru Urban District): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

- Sales/BD: 1 year (Preferred)
