Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and experienced Architect – Retail Design to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of experience in designing retail environments such as department stores, standalone retail outlets, cafés, QSRs (Quick Service Restaurants), and mall engagement spaces.

The role requires a strong understanding of customer behavior, retail design strategies, space planning, material selection, and project execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing innovative, functional, and aesthetically appealing retail concepts while collaborating closely with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop innovative retail spaces that enhance customer experience and brand identity.
- Prepare architectural layouts, concept designs, detailed drawings, and construction documentation.
- Develop effective space planning solutions that balance functionality, aesthetics, and commercial objectives.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and review material specifications, furniture layouts, fixture details, and finish schedules.
- Assist in the preparation and review of Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and quantity estimations.
- Ensure designs comply with project requirements, timelines, quality standards, and applicable regulations.
- Conduct site visits when required to monitor design implementation and resolve site-related issues.
- Drive projects independently while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.




- Contribute to process improvements and introduce innovative ideas that enhance design workflows and project delivery.
- Stay updated with emerging retail design trends, materials, technologies, and AI-driven architectural tools.

- Excellent planning, space utilization, and design visualization skills.
- Practical knowledge of construction materials, furniture, fixtures, and interior detailing.
- Strong client handling, presentation, and communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Team-oriented with a proactive and solution-driven approach.
