We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance management trainee to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the finance department and management team, while gaining hands-on experience in financial management.
Primary Responsibilities:
- - Collating required data for preparation and submission of the proposal (including Teasers, Financial model, cash flow and CMA projections) to Banks.
- - Develop close relationships with key stakeholders and internal teams enabling timely and smooth completion of designated tasks including LIE reports, CA certificates etc.
- - Ensure timely compliances with various pre/ post/ renewal conditions under various loan related documents.
- - Arranging banker meetings and site visits and accompanying seniors for bank/ other stakeholder meetings and interacting and follow up on required approvals/ information.
- - Review and analyze capex proposals to understand rational and share recommendations for approval and decision making.
- - Maintain robust trackers, analysis tools and models to flag/ report timely management decision points, budget tracking and monthly reporting.
