Key Responsibilities:-

- Represent the company as the Head of Operations at the Mechanical & Coke Oven Maintenance site and ensure adherence to all requirements within the company's scope of services.
- Understand the Scope of Work, Project Deliverables, KPIs, resource numbers, and other requirements under the Mechanical & Coke Oven Maintenance contract, and build strategies, processes, and practices to ensure the same are achieved on a month-to-month basis.
- Monitor, supervise, and lead the team of managers, supervisors, and other company representatives on site.
- Provide a high level of customer service and ensure compliance with all company rules and regulations.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to customer enquiries and complaints at the site in a responsive manner.
- Manage daily on-site operations such as headcount and employee check-ins to ensure staff availability during working hours.
- Train all temporary employees and newly hired staff in line with company policies and procedures.
- Organize business review meetings with clients to continuously and qualitatively improve performance.
- Monitor all company activities and ensure compliance with company procedures and policies.
- Recruit, train, and induct employees to achieve and maintain the designed staffing pattern.




- Coordinate with supervisors and management to plan activities for higher productivity at the Mechanical & Coke Oven Maintenance site.
- Develop and maintain relationships with management and supervisors to resolve employee issues, concerns, and grievances as per the existing company policy.
- Establish and maintain relationships with the various officers, agents, and representatives of the company's clients to ensure the smooth functioning and completion of operations.
- Develop ways to retain employees through motivation and encouragement.
- Manage the employee pool by hiring, retaining, or terminating employees, evaluating performance, and counselling employees to improve performance.
- Maintain weekly temporary payroll and employee personal files to facilitate effective personnel management.
- Provide orientation to employees regarding company values and culture to align them with organizational requirements.
- Ensure effective cost reduction at the site through optimal resource utilisation, waste minimisation, and process efficiency improvements.
- Ensure the safe and productive execution of Mechanical & Coke Oven Maintenance activities in compliance with client requirements, safety standards, and maintenance schedules.

Qualifications & Skills:-

B.E / B.Tech

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per hour
