HR Recruiter (Volume / Bulk Hiring)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter specializing in volume/bulk hiring for BPO voice processes. The ideal candidate should be target-driven, confident, and skilled in end-to-end recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand manpower requirements and plan sourcing accordingly.
- Source relevant profiles via portals, referrals, campus hiring, and conversions.
- Screen profiles and conduct face-to-face interviews.
- Line up candidates as per hiring parameters.
- Coordinate interviews and manage stakeholder communication.
- Achieve monthly hiring targets.
- Handle mass hiring, coordination, and initial screening.
- Negotiate effectively with candidates.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any stream.
- 2+ years of experience in bulk hiring for BPO voice process.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Confident, aggressive, and enthusiastic personality.
- Solid negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented mindset.

- Shift: Day shift
- Week Off: Sunday fixed off
