We are seeking a professional, friendly, and organized Front Office Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide administrative support. As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, you will play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming experience while ensuring smooth day-to-day front office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to visitors and callers.
- Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized manner.
- Manage visitor records and maintain front desk registers.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room bookings.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and courier deliveries.
- Coordinate with different departments for administrative support.
- Maintain office supplies and place orders when required.
- Assist with filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks.
- Ensure smooth front office operations and provide general office assistance.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or Customer Support Executive.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Valuable communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
