Key Responsibilities

- Lead the implementation of an internal AI chat platform for employees.
- Integrate AI across organizational systems, including:
- Emails
- CRM
- OneDrive and document repositories
- Databases
- Accounting and invoicing platforms
- Internal knowledge base
- Collaboration tools
- Identify and implement AI use cases to improve productivity and automate repetitive tasks.
- Build a centralized AI ecosystem that enables employees to access information securely from multiple systems.
- Evaluate, implement, and manage AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, Gemini, or other enterprise AI solutions.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors for AI implementation projects.
- Establish AI governance, security, access controls, and best practices.
- Train employees on AI adoption and promote responsible AI usage across the organization.
- Monitor AI performance, adoption metrics, and continuously optimize workflows.
- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and recommend innovations that improve business efficiency.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Robust understanding of Generative AI and enterprise AI platforms.
- Experience with API integrations and workflow automation.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem, CRM platforms, ERP/accounting software, and cloud storage solutions.
- Knowledge of AI agents, prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and workflow orchestration tools.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Passionate about driving AI adoption and digital transformation across the organization.

Pay: From ₹600,000.00 per year
