Role Overview

We are seeking a polished and persuasive Demo Specialist to deliver compelling product demonstrations that convert prospects into customers. You will own the demo experience end-to-end from discovery to presentation, ensuring every prospective user sees the immediate value of algoQA's AI-augmented autonomous testing capability.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver tailored, high-quality algoQA product demonstrations to prospects and customers across all stages of the sales cycle
- Prepare thoroughly for every demo: review customer context, configure relevant scenarios, and coordinate with the sales and technical team in advance
- Adapt demonstrations to specific use cases, based on the prospect's setting and goals
- Capture customer feedback, objections, and feature requests, and share insights with sales, product, and customer success teams
- Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to align demonstrations with customer needs and product capabilities
- Drive demo-to-opportunity and demo-to-win conversion rates




- Maintain high demo quality and prospect engagement scores
- Reduce sales cycle friction through effective product storytelling
- Contribute to demo best practices, scripts, and assets

Skills & Qualifications

- 3–6 years in a pre-sales, sales engineering, or product demonstration role
- Exceptional verbal communication and storytelling ability, the ability to make a product come alive for a non-technical audience
- Strong understanding of software testing workflows and QA team structures
- Ability to handle live product environments confidently, including troubleshooting on the fly
- Customer-first mindset with a flair for discovery, understanding what a customer needs before showing them what the product can do
- Experience working alongside sales teams in B2B SaaS environments

Nice to Have

- Hands-on experience with testing tools
- Familiarity with competitive landscape in QA automation tools
