We are looking for a visionary and highly skilled Senior Video Editor to lead our post-production workflows and elevate our brand’s visual storytelling. In this role, you will transform raw footage into compelling, high-impact video content for digital campaigns, social media, marketing initiatives, and brand narratives.

The ideal candidate is an expert storyteller with deep technical proficiency, capable of managing complex multi-platform projects from concept to final delivery. You will also act as a mentor to junior creatives, establishing post-production standards and integrating modern editing workflows (including AI-assisted tools and cloud collaboration) to optimize efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Creative Post-Production: Own the end-to-end editing process—including assembly cuts, rough cuts, fine tuning, color grading, sound design, and mixing—to ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and creative direction.
- Motion Graphics & Visual Effects: Design and integrate energetic text animations, transitions, 2D/3D motion graphics, and visual effects to enhance visual engagement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with creative directors, producers, copywriters, and marketing teams during pre-production, production, and post-production phases to execute cohesive campaign strategies.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide, mentor, and upskill junior and mid-level editors, fostering a culture of high performance, creative innovation, and continuous learning.
- Workflow Optimization: Streamline post-production pipelines, manage server archiving/media asset management, and stay ahead of industry trends (e.g.,



automated editing tools, cloud-based proxy workflows).
- Multi-Platform Adaptation: Format and optimize video assets for diverse channels, including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, streaming platforms, and corporate web presentations, tracking performance metrics to inform future edits.

Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: 1 to 4+ years of professional video editing experience, preferably within an agency, media company, or corporate internal creative team, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.
- Portfolio: A robust, diverse portfolio demonstrating exceptional storytelling, pacing, color grading, and motion graphics capabilities across short- and long-form content.
- Technical Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in industry-standard post-production software, particularly the Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Davinci, Audition, Photoshop). Familiarity with DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro is a strong plus.
- Specialized Skills: Advanced knowledge of color correction/grading RAW footage, sound editing/mixing, and motion graphics/animation.
- Project Management: Outstanding time-management and organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively present creative concepts to stakeholders and executives.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Film, Video Production, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
