An ERP & technology Coordinator (Enterprise Resource Planning Technology Coordinator) is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and improving an organization's ERP system. They act as a bridge between business users and the IT team to ensure ERP processes run efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate ERP system implementation, upgrades, and maintenance.
- Provide user support and troubleshoot ERP-related issues.
- Train employees on ERP modules and best practices.
- Work with different departments (Finance, HR, Sales, Inventory, Production, etc.) to gather business requirements.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the ERP system.
- Coordinate with software vendors and IT teams to resolve technical issues.
- Generate reports and analyze ERP data to support business decisions.
- Document ERP processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor system performance and recommend process improvements.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as: oracle net suite
- Understanding of business processes and workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Positive communication and stakeholder management.
- Basic knowledge of databases and reporting tools (SQL is often helpful).
- Project coordination and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet and reporting tools.

Shift Timing: Night Shift- 6:30 pm to 3:00am (US Shift)
Location: Noida & Ahmedabad
Salary :- 5 lpa to 7 lpa per year ( no bar for right candidate depends on interview).
