Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and hardware systems.
- Administer and monitor network infrastructure to ensure uptime and reliability.
- Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups.
- Provide support for user accounts, email systems, file systems, and databases.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues quickly and efficiently.
- Ensure security of network systems by implementing best practices in firewalls, antivirus software, and security patches.
- Create and maintain documentation related to system configuration, network maps, and IT procedures.
- Work closely with other departments to deploy new technologies and systems.
- Manage and troubleshoot cloud-based services and virtualized environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, VMware).
- Monitor server and network performance and take proactive steps to improve performance or prevent issues.
- Provide on-call support as needed for systems and services.
- Assist in disaster recovery planning and testing.
- Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers as necessary.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,



Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience (1+ years) as a System Administrator or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of server operating systems (Linux, Windows Server, etc.).
- Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
- Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Proficiency in network protocols, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Ansible).
- Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery procedures.
- Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experienced in hardware and software practices in both linux and windows operating system.
- Knowledge of cloud based solutions(AWS, Azure or GCP).
- Experience with Network solutions.
- Familier with linux administration.
- Knowledge of DevOps tools and practices.
