We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support the Human Resources department in day-to-day activities. This internship offers practical exposure to recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations within an educational institution.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment processes (job postings, resume screening, shortlisting candidates)
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates
- Support onboarding activities (documentation and joining formalities)
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Help in preparing HR documents such as offer letters and reports
- Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communication
- Perform general administrative support to the HR team
Eligibility Criteria
- Currently pursuing or recently completed MBA / M.Sc Psychology / MSW
- Basic understanding of HR concepts and recruitment process
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a professional environment
