Job Summary

We are looking for a Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, screening, and coordinating candidates throughout the hiring process. Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist qualified applicants.
- Conduct initial phone interviews.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status.
- Maintain recruitment records and databases.
- Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

- Hands on experience in recruitment or Inside sales experience.
