We are looking for a motivated Sales Support Executive to support business expansion and customer relationship management in India. The successful candidate will work closely with the sales team, customers, and internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in business development activities.
- Coordinate with customers and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Prepare quotations, sales documents, and follow up with customers.
- Assist in order processing and after-sales support.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain sales records and prepare reports.
- Support daily sales operations and administrative activities.
- Travel for customer visits when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Sales Support.
- Outstanding fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Mandarin (Chinese) language skills are an added advantage.
- Experience in the IT, Engineering, or Manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Robust interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for business when required.
