Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Python QA / Automation Lead to drive end-to-end quality assurance and automation initiatives. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in Python automation, Selenium, PyTest, testing methodologies, and automation framework development, along with experience leading small teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of application quality from a QA and automation perspective.
- Develop and maintain automation test scripts using Python.
- Design test scenarios, testing strategies, and automation strategies.
- Build, enhance, and maintain Python-based automation frameworks.
- Perform UI and API automation using Selenium and Appium.
- Analyze automation failures and improve software quality through automation.
- Identify opportunities to improve automation frameworks, tools, and processes.
- Collaborate with developers and QA teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Participate in CI/CD automation and quality improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with global teams, including participation in US time-zone meetings when required.
Required Skills
- 6–8 years of overall experience with at least 4 years of relevant automation experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading a small QA automation team.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming and Object-Oriented Programming concepts.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium and Appium.
- Experience with PyTest, Unittest, or similar testing frameworks.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and testing life cycle.
- Experience with Git, Jenkins, Test Management, and Bug Tracking tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of DevOps practices.
- Experience in automation framework design and enhancement.
- Exposure to web and mobile application testing.
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
