Description

Perform analysis of raw materials, intermediates, finished products, in-process samples, and stability samples as per approved specifications and test methods. Operate and maintain analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV-Visible Spectrophotometer, FTIR, Dissolution Tester, Karl Fischer Titrator, and analytical balances. Prepare and standardize volumetric solutions, reagents, and reference standards. Review analytical data and ensure accurate documentation in accordance with Positive Laboratory Practices (GLP) and ALCOA+ principles. Perform laboratory investigations related to OOS (Out of Specification), OOT (Out of Trend), deviations, and CAPA implementation. Maintain laboratory notebooks, analytical worksheets, logbooks, and electronic records in compliance with data integrity requirements. Ensure timely calibration and routine maintenance of laboratory instruments. Support method verification, method transfer, validation, cleaning validation, and stability studies. Monitor laboratory inventory and ensure availability of chemicals, reagents, standards, columns, and consumables. Ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines (USFDA, MHRA, EU GMP, WHO GMP).
