Global Public School, Kota is looking for a dynamic and professional Front Counselor to join our Admissions Team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to counsel parents, handle enquiries, and support the admission process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend walk-in and telephonic admission enquiries.
- Counsel parents and students regarding the school's academic programs and facilities.
- Follow up with prospective parents to maximize admissions.
- Manage front office reception and visitor coordination.
- Maintain admission records and enquiry database.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams during the admission process.
- Ensure a professional and welcoming experience for all visitors.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in admissions, counseling, customer service, or front office.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Good presentation, interpersonal, and computer skills.
- Pleasing personality with a customer-centric approach.
