- Supervise daily production activities and factory workers.
- Monitor production quality and minimize defects.
- Inspect zipper chains, sliders, pullers, and finished zippers.
- Ensure production targets are achieved on time.
- Maintain quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
- Identify quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain production and quality records.
- Coordinate with production planning and management.
- Ensure workplace discipline, safety, and housekeeping.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹39,905.38 per month
