Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Technician (Multi-Skilled Technician) to join our team in Sanand, Gujarat. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of industrial experience with strong electrical knowledge and hands-on exposure to mechanical maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, machine installation, and preventive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, panels, motors, and industrial equipment.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of production machines.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic faults.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Inspect machines and ensure smooth operation with minimum downtime.
- Support installation, commissioning, and testing of new equipment.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for timely issue resolution.
- Maintain maintenance records and ensure compliance with safety standards.




- Follow all company safety procedures and electrical regulations.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Electrical Technician in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical maintenance, hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial machinery.
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults independently.
- Knowledge of PLCs, control panels, motors, sensors, and automation systems is an advantage.
- ITI/Diploma in Electrical or a related technical qualification.
- Must be a multi-skilled technician with the ability to support maintenance across different technical areas.

- Good understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work in shifts when required.

Pay: ₹43,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
