Key Responsibilities

Review and interpret prescriptions issued by physicians or other healthcare professionals

Accurately dispense medications and ensure correct dosage

Provide counseling to patients on medication usage, side effects, and storage

Check for drug interactions and contraindications

Maintain patient records and medication histories

Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations

Manage inventory, including ordering and stocking medicines

Supervise pharmacy staff (if applicable)

Administer vaccinations (where permitted)

Promote health awareness and wellness programs

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Doctor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm / Pharm.D)

Valid pharmacist license/registration (e.g., State Pharmacy Council in India)

Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of pharmacology and medications

Attention to detail and accuracy

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Customer service orientation

Ability to work under pressure

Ethical and qualified conduct

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
