We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Telesales Executive to connect with prospective patients, convert inquiries into appointments, and follow up with existing patients. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, confidence in handling objections, and a customer-centric approach to maximize treatment bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls to prospective patients.
- Convert social media, website, WhatsApp, and walk-in inquiries into clinic appointments.
- Explain aesthetic treatments, offers, and packages confidently.
- Follow up with patients who missed appointments.
- Re-engage old patients for maintenance and additional treatments.
- Maintain daily follow-up records and CRM updates.
- Build trust and address patient concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with doctors and front office for appointment scheduling.
- Achieve monthly appointment booking and revenue targets.
- Follow up on pending quotations and treatment plans.
- Upsell and cross-sell suitable aesthetic services.
