Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced General Manager – Service Operations to lead multiple Ashok Leyland Authorized Service Centres. The role involves managing workshop operations, achieving business targets, improving customer satisfaction, and leading service teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage multiple Ashok Leyland service centres.
- Achieve workshop revenue and profitability targets.
- Monitor productivity, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead Works Managers, Service Managers, and technical teams.
- Ensure compliance with Ashok Leyland service standards.
- Review MIS reports and improve operational performance.

Eligibility

- Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
- 10–15 years of experience in Commercial Vehicle Service.
- Mandatory: Minimum 2 years as a Works Manager in an Ashok Leyland Authorized Service Centre.




- Strong leadership and workshop management skills.
